This place is pretty clean, the staff knows their stuff, and it's super quiet since it's right by the airport 🌟. the building and rooms are attractive, and you can enjoy a nice balcony to relax on.

Everything, espcially peace and quiet and very central. I would give you 95% on rating.

The breakfast should be a little more than the extremely basic. The hotel is not advertised enough. I tried to book online on various sites but it stated "no rooms were available". I managed to get a booking directly through your site.

The room was clean and cozy, the bed was super comfy, and there was a nice balcony to relax on. the location was awesome, really close to the beach 🏖️.

The staff were absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived. We were treated to a corner room with beautiful sea views as per our request and were very impressed with the room, including the bed, views, toilet and shower (love the Hans Grohe fittings) and size of the safe which is intelligently designed to fit a laptop in for peace of mind. The breakfast was average but the deck overlooking the sea made up for that. We will use the hotel on all future trips to Umhlanga. Special mention must be made to Gordon in reception and his colleague on duty when we arrived (a black chap but cant remember his name, he's an awesome representative too), these guys played a big role in our experience.

The breakfast was not good at all. The quality is poor, from the eggs to the fruit. At the reasonable rate per room one cannot expect a gourmet breakfast but the quality of what is on offer should at least be good. Still not enough to complain about or take away the fantastic service the staff and hotel offered us.

The setting was unbeatable, right by Malls and the beach, gateway and other fun activities and the cruise ship. There were very comfy beds and satellite TV, climate control and an individual safe in the a double room. Everything was perfect and the staff was amazing friendly and exceptionally friendly.

It seemed that they had maintenance issues on several levels. One elevator wasn't working so the traffic on the other had us waiting for long periods. Tv wasn't working due to technician taking booster with him so they couldn't fix this. Breakfast was way below par.

It was a welcoming experience.well decoratd in lastest decor. The only problem we had was dey gave us rooms wth two single beds and we requestd rooms wth double bed as we had children with us .the sofa cum beD are not in a good condition. Otherwise everything was nice even da breakfast.thank you
